DRY-AGING COLD ROOMS, equipped with Meatico's control panel, allow maturing big quantities of product, so as to have a wide range of meat cuts available for clients, as well as just as many dry-aging stages. 
These cold rooms are the ideal product for big restaurants or butcher shops with dry aging as their core business. Elegant internal and external finish, as well as glass panels, transform these cold rooms in showcases allowing to follow the delicate dry-aging process step by step.

The Meatico control panel is equipped with technology entirely dedicated to meat dry aging. From the display, you can access:


- 3 pre-set recipes;
- Programmable recipes up to 4 stages;
- 10 fully customizable recipes.

Functional features

  • Controlled parameters for each phase: temperature, humidity, fan speed, and phase duration.
  • Constant display of internal temperature and humidity.
  • Manual or timed activation of UV-C germicidal lamp..
  • Alarm history paired with warning pop-up messages.
  • Display of the average values of temperature and humidity detected during the recipe.
  • Wi-Fi connection for remote viewing and control.
  • HACCP data logging and alarms.
